The online system provides users with the ability to access jobs, estimates, stock and customer information via the internet.
The software is aimed at both staff and clients, with different levels of access available depending on the user. For example, production staff could obtain full details of job scheduling information, while clients could examine relevant dates, such as proofing and delivery deadlines.
Other features include PDF approval, cost estimating and automated report creation.
MIS provider Imprint claimed its software integrates with any open system, allowing seamless transfer of job data.
The firm said its products' automated report scheduling application bolsters existing communication systems.
Imprint also develops bespoke ordering systems for customers seeking software tailored to their specific business needs.
