Humes pleads not guilty while court day is set

Print entrepreneur Nicholas Humes pleaded not guilty to charges of acting as a company director while an undischarged bankrupt when he appeared in court this week (<i>PrintWeek</i>, 16 October).

Humes formerly a director of Midlands Publishing Holdings, Newey Print and Midlands Print was sent for trial at Birmingham Crown Court, with March 2004 looking likely.
