Midlands boss court date set

Nicholas Humes will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday (13 October) to face charges relating to acting as a company director while an undischarged bankrupt.

A warrant was issued for Humes arrest last month after he failed to appear in court to face the charges (PrintWeek, 11 September).

Humes was a director of Newey Print, Midlands Print and Midlands Publishing Holdings.
