Court sets date for Humes case
Print entrepreneur Nicholas Humes will appear at Crown Court on 24 November in the next stage of the DTIs case against him for acting as a company director while an undischarged bankrupt.
Humes, formerly a director of Midlands Publishing Holdings, Newey Print and Midlands Print, was bailed when he appeared this week at Birmingham Magistrates Court (PrintWeek, 15 October).
