UK marketing manager Richard Davies is taking on the role of demand generation manager, Europe, to drive sales of presses throughout the continent. UK marketing executive Paul Randall has been promoted to fill Davies role as UK marketing manager.
Nancy Janes, formerly UK customer business development manager, is taking on a global role, covering customer business development and customer relationship management.
HP Indigo is also holding a series of digital forums this summer, which will include presentations from the BPIF and CAP Ventures.
The BPIF will provide an overview of the future of the industry, while Elisabeth Bitsch-Christensen, CAP Ventures director on demand service Europe, will give discuss developments in the market for digital print.
The morning session will be followed in the afternoon by golf or archery and clay pigeon shooting. The first event will take place on 16 July at the Stoke Park Club.
Packaging repro house Reproflex 3 (oictured) has installed an HP Indigo ws2000 press for proofing and pre-production mock-ups. The Northumberland firm also hopes to provide short-run label and packaging print. The ability to print onto stock and to match conventional flexo characteristics means it can provide proofs more akin to wet proofs than Cromalins.
