MSO Cleland managing director Dominic Walsh said that the Cheshire-based company had been forced into administration when two of its largest clients went through trading difficulties (PrintWeek, 8 January). Baker Tilly handled the sale of the business.
The plan is to retain all 24 staff its a super facility. The company has gone through a difficult period, which was not of its making, said Walsh.
He added that he would now talk to Galloways Packagings key clients to secure future contracts.
MSO Cleland, which produces packaging for the food, textile and gift sectors, was formed in 2000 after MSO bought the John Cleland Group.
