The narrow web flexographic printing press supplier has also restructured its management team.
Joint managing director James Boughton has been elevated to the newly created role of chief executive.
Boughton said the additional 300m2 factory next to its current Romsey site had been added due to increased orders.
The firm has also increased its sales area coverage in North America, Benelux and France, with the appointment of more agents as sales have increased.
The new site will make Edale's Alpha and Beta flexo presses, whilst its Sigma presses will remain in the old factory.
Employee numbers across the two sites is now up to around 50 staff.
