Financial details of the deal have not been released but the purcahse includes the print, enclosure and polywrapping assets of the Milton Keynes-based company, and will see all staff transferred to Dsicmm.
Dsicmm will fulfil all Dataforce's ongoing obligations through a sub-contract agreement which will "ensure a seamless transition" between the two companies.
Yolanda Noble, chief executive of Dsicmm, said the purchase was part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
"The industry is going through a dynamic period of both service innovation and development, as well as consolidation into major multi-service, integrated companies.
"Dsicmm is one of those few 'super providers' that are now leading the industry in terms of capabilities and scale."
The Dataforce buy caps a busy 12 months for Dsicmm in which it has doubled its turnover to £120m, following the acquisition of K2 in January.
