The deal for the Stratford, London-based B1 litho business was completed on 24 December and follows on from Dsicmm's acquisitions of K2 Group and Dataforce last year.
Yolanda Noble, chief executive of Dsicmm, said the company's goal to become "the top print and communications company in the country" had now passed "another key milestone".
Emeness runs two B1 Heidelberg presses and a five-colour Nexpress. It counts BAA, Hertz and WHSmith among its client base.
Noble added that an acquisition strategy "inevitably involves a level of restructuring and consolidation of corporate functions".
She said: "However, any such changes resulting from the Emeness acquisition are minimal, as the company is strong in its markets, and brings important skills and capabilities to Dsicmm in its strategic growth plan."
