The Morgana machine will finish jobs printed on the company's Xerox iGen3 digital colour press and forms part of a £90,000 investment package that comprises an AutoCreaser Pro 50, a CardXtra, an EBA guillotine and the Morgana DFC die-cutting system.
Keith Forster, managing director at Colorscan, said: "Having reached a stage where the vast majority of output is printed digitally, we felt the need to upgrade the productivity and quality of our finishing.
"As well as creasing and folding in one pass," says Keith Forster, "the DigiFold also gives us high speeds and the ability to handle stocks up to 350gsm produced on the iGen."
The Burton-on-Trent-based business serves a range of clients including marketing and point-of-sale material to the brewing industry.
