The East Midlands-based firm uses the kit to finish jobs printed on its new Xerox iGen3, which replaced two Xerox DocuColour 5252 presses later last year.
The four-year-old company, which produces everything from business cards to brochure work, operates the DocuMaster with Morgana's 'Square Back System', designed to give finished booklets a perfect-bound appearance.
Accent Print managing director Rhydian Pile told printweek.com that the operator can place pre-collated work from the iGen3 straight onto the DocuMaster, which finishes the job all the way to through to complete booklets.
He said without the kit, work "would have taken more than twice as long", including separating covers and inner stock and performing individual creasing, and re-collating before bookletmaking."
The Morgana DocuMaster can produce up to 1,440bph and crease at speeds up to 4800sph. Accent Print also runs a Morgana Major folder and an EBA 551LT programmatic guillotine.
