The facility allows customers to conduct a wide range of functions over the internet, from checking stock levels to requesting quotations, remotely checking pdf proofs or placing orders.
Capital Prints operations manager Richard Graham (pictured) said: It is probably a common mistake when installing an MIS to simply carry out existing manual functions electronically, without taking the opportunity to step back and completely revisit the way tasks are carried out.
