The C6000, which can print at a resolution of 1,200dpi x 1,200dpi, is designed as a digital colour press for entry-level production environments.

The manufacturer was also credited in the wide format printing category for its imagePrograf iPF8000S large format press.
The model represents a 40% hike in speed over the iPF8000 model and can produce an A0-sized print in 4.9 minutes in standard mode on glossy photo paper.
Canon bags Best of Show gong with imagePress C6000
Canon has picked up the Best of Show Award in the Process Colour Digital Printing Equipment category for its imagePress C6000 digital press at the On Demand Expo in Boston, US.
