The promotions firm, which produces the majority of its work in house, won the job, which it had produced in the Far East, thanks to the turnaround time it could offer.
"It was incredibly tight, but we've got a great relationship with our manufacturers," said BTC managing director Frank Murphy.
The celebrity endorsed high-profile DfES campaign, run in conjunction with Radio One and the Anti-Bullying Alliance, is set to continue until the New Year.
The initial order was for 1m of the blue rubber wristbands but more may be required at a later date. "With the success of it, who knows," said BTC account manager Steven Bass.
The promotions specialist also produces work for firms such as Revlon, McDonald's and Starbucks.
The 7m turnover firm, which offers screen, rotary and pad printing in-house as well as various textile processes, moved to new 2,800m2 premises in Hayes, Middlesex, last month.
