The contract is another coup for bgp, which recently secured 17 titles from Future Publishing following the collapse of Tewkesbury-based TPL (PrintWeek, 18 March).
The 128pp bi-monthly title will have a print run of 80,000, with repro handled by Brighton-based Image Creative.
KYN publishing director John Dean said the title would target the 17-35 year old age group, and would be attitude-driven.
"We are trying to celebrate the game, not tell you how to improve," he said.
It would aim to address the needs of those not catered for by the existing golf titles, he said.
Bgp wins golf mag contract
Benhamgoodheadprint (bgp) has won the print contract for Golf Punk, the first title to be produced by Brighton publisher Keep Yourself Nice (KYN).
