A change of ownership could be finalised in the near future at BABS International, the London-based supplier of finishing equipment for small printers.

BABS merged its operations into Impress Group in 1998.
Sales director John Sykes left the firm in the summer to set up the UK agency for Hohner stitchers (PrintWeek, 28 July).
