The Belgian firm unveiled its F16 wide-format printer at the start of the year, claiming the rollfed product would create “industry shock waves” .

Belgium printer Reclame Atelier Quintens has become the first company to install the 540 sqm per hour F16. For vinyl, the printer can print at 325 sqm per hour.

Augend Technologies managing director Luc Teblick said: “We are very pleased by the enthusiastic feedback from Quintens, as well as potential customers who are evaluating the F16.”

Earlier this month, Augend was on the lookout for UK distributors after it demonstrated the machine at its site in Kontich.
