The £3.5m-turnover business went into administration with Stephen Clancy and Steven Muncaster, of insolvency practitioner MCR at the beginning of the month (2 July).
MCR is continuing to trade as Arthur W Clowes and a number of redundancies have been made, but PrintWeek understands a buyer for the business has been found and a deal is close to being confirmed.
Gary Hargreaves, of MCR, said on Friday (17 July): "We are hoping a deal will go through today."
