The closure of the West Yorkshire plant was attributed to low margins and the loss of a large contract earlier this year.
It is in a 30-day consultation period with employees and their representatives, with the plant scheduled to close on 28 November.
Equipment at the site includes two Komori Lithrone sheetfed presses, and two webs, a heatset Heidelberg 8pp five-colour plus coater and a Didde VIP 10-colour.
Adare Pillings had a turnover of just under 15m in 2004. It was founded in 1902 and bought by the Adare Group in 1995.
Adare Group wouldn't say if the closure was the result of the review conducted by financial adviser Lazard.
Lazard was appointed by Adare's majority shareholder Allen, McGuire & Partners (AM&P) to "review the strategic options available" to the group in July this year.
AM&P chief executive Eamon Allen said the review remained "ongoing", with no date set for its conclusion.
