The integrated customer communications specialist, which was acquired by Opus Trust Communications in November, has a working relationship with Calor that dates back more than a decade.
The two businesses now work closely together “to continuously improve transactional communication outcomes, driving production efficiency, reducing communication-related spend and delivering an improved experience for customers”.
Calor recently introduced the SAP platform to its operations, and Adare SEC’s immediate focus is to ensure that customer communication production is optimised within the new SAP system.
The renewal is expected to save Calor upwards of £350,000 against operational and postal costs.
Calor business analyst Xavier Choudhury said: “The introduction of SAP has given us the opportunity to redesign and overhaul legacy communication processes.
“Adare SEC is the perfect partner for such a project, and we are working with the team on advances such as migration to full colour digital, postage optimisation and envelope rationalisation. Adare SEC is also helping us to position to be more digitally agile.”
Calor’s transactional communications are produced by Adare SEC on its Xerox Baltoro inkjet press and enclosing systems from Quadient.
Adare SEC chief commercial officer Allan Rowan added: “Calor is showing great ambition with its communication plans and its team trusts us to develop solutions that drive improvements today and which lay the foundations for further digital development down the line.
“Long-term working relationships of this kind give us a real sense of pride – together we keep Calor’s communications moving forward.”
