The Huddersfield-based print firm will produce 50,000 packs per month on a rolling deal with the bank. The pieces will incorporate Adare Halcyon's "dry peel" product, which replaces thermal cards.
An A4 letter contains the card, which is personalised with the customer's name and membership details.
"With the dry-peel card the letter and card can be personalised at the same time in one pass," said Adare Halcyon direct mail production director Phil Teer. "It removes the need to match the card to the letter."
The packs are sent out when a new customer to Lloyds TSB registers for its telephone banking service.
Adare Halcyon will produce the packs on a range of equipment at its plant. Kit includes two Muller Martini A52 10-colour presses.
