The Huddersfield-based company will print the material for NS&I's easy access savings account. The long-term contract involves daily mailings to customers.
Adare Halcyon will use a secure facility to decrypt data from NS&I, print base stationery and personalise A4 letters with PINs before mailing. The base stationery will be printed on one of its Muller Martini 10-colour UV presses. The PIN feature is applied using a Hunkeler Web finishing line.
"The preparations for the launch included a period of live testing to ensure that all the systems were linked up effectively and transactions worked end to end in the live environment," said NS&I head of customer offers Peter Cornish.
Adare Halcyon is set to install a 10-colour Muller Martini A52 UV press this month following a multimillion-pound investment.
