Due to be installed in June and working by July, it is the firm's second Muller Martini A52. The press increases its long-run capacity to 60m A4 sheets per week.
The latest A52 includes 24in and 17in cylinders and interdeck UV drying. The firm is also adding a re-moist glue unit to its existing machine.
"It allows lots of flexibility in products we can create," said Adare Halcyon managing director Barry Crich.
The latest investment follows the Huddersfield firm's investment in an Agfa Sherpa Proofer and Agfa Xcalibur platesetter in January this year.
Adare Halcyon is split into three operations Halcyon Print, Halcyon dm and Halcyon24.
Halcyon Print deals with colour and ad hoc print jobs, Halcyon dm's service includes data services while print management operation Halcyon24 offers storage and logistics.
