The ticket-only event, aimed at a senior management audience, will feature talks from a range of speakers from leading financial firms including Moorgate Capital, Lateral Group, BLP and FF and P Private Equity.

Organised by the Stationers’ Company’s digital media special interest group, the debate will cover the challenges of mergers and acquisitions, legal issues and how to attract financial backers.
