Q&A Ian Kendall Chief executive, The Reflex Group

Ian has spent more than 30 years in print and packaging, having originally joined the industry via a chance connection. Together with Mike Turner he co-founded Reflex Labels (now The Reflex Group) in 2002. He’s married, has three boys, enjoys some R&R time walking his dog and also confesses to “a bit of a thing for classic cars”.

I was offered a job by a school friend’s father
