Encompassing similar technology to the manufacturer’s existing portfolio, the JPK UV has been designed to provide high capacity with low running costs, while jumbo rolls designed for unwinding and rewinding offer 24/7 industrial operation.
The 3.2m-wide machine on its stand (2.2-C22/C30) can print resolutions up to 600dpi at up to 6.5m/min in four colours, and the manufacturer said the main target market is large industrial users, with the machine suitable for printing on decorative plastic materials.
MS Printing Solutions non-textile business development manager Klaas Kackmann-Schneider said the printer has been developed “as an alternative solution to existing analogue printing solutions that enables traditional printing businesses to move to digital printing”.
