This includes Khushru Patel of Jak Printers, Pankaj Shah of Supack who is also the chairman of R&D centre for Western India Corrugated Box Manufacturer's Association on 4 March; and Shyamlal Patnaik of Laqshya Media and Murtuza Attari of GMT on 5 March. The panel discussion will be co-ordinated by Ramu Ramanathan, editor of PrintWeek India.
"Today, one of the biggest concerns in the Indian industry is: how print firms are coping with the print material cost escalations? Cost of inks, paper, plates are going up. Seminar could provide guidelines about how a printer should handle this situation," stated Ramanathan.
He added: "We are excited to have some of the most progressive minds in the Indian print industry on the panel," said Ramanathan. "Kiran Prayagi and Prof Hubler have created an interesting line up of speakers and award-winning instructors."
The two day seminar focuses on the most important topics involved in the optimisation of print production and features well known industry speakers from Indian and overseas. It is open to senior executives, managers and supervision staff working in the printing sector - who require latest knowledge and 'best practice'.
The seminar includes unique sessions on: paper handling, productivity maintenance, and total process control.
Kiran Prayagi stated: "Registration is picking up. We feel attendance benefits include an intensive overview of the latest 'best practice' knowledge across the entire production process and access to some of the world's leading technologists and scientists in the printing segment. Places are limited so interested people should contact the organisers to receive a healthy discount."
