The 500sqm an hour FB7600 builds upon the existing FB7500 model, which was launched at this time in 2008.
HP's new flatbed can print on substrates up to 3.2 x 1.65m and on thicknesses up to 25mm thick.
Featuring an optional multisheet loader including in-line saturation control for backlit applications. HP confirmed that existing FB7500 customers could upgrade to the latest model if required.
The manufacturer has also launched new additions to its 5m and 3.2m configuration of Scitex machines.
The 5m-wide HP Scitex XP5500 features a new billboard-quality print modeand can print at resolutions up to 360dpi. The model's maximum output speed is 325sqm an hour.
The company's other new model, the 3.2m-wide HP Scitex XP2500 also offers output at 360dpi but in addition to a smaller bed size, output is reduced to a maximum of 265sqm an hour.
Xavier Garcia, general manager of Scitex wide-format solutions at HP, said: "With these introductions, our customers can go after digitally-printed pages with the confidence that HP digital solutions will deliver the productivity, versatility and reliability they demand."
The HP Scitex FB7600 and XP2500 machines are available to order now, while the Scitex XP5500 is available from 15 December.
