Nigel Dace sold Wright Printing Services in April 2008, and the company was subsequently bought out of administration by Paragon in October 2010.
Dace set up in December last year after purchasing the assets of Barson Press of Leeds, and then moved to a 975sqm factory in Rotherham.
It's press hall comprises an ECRM CTP machine purchasd from Marlowe Graphics to complement the two reel-to-sheet and three continuous stationery machines.
Managing director Nigel Dace said: "It was very testing setting up the company in this economic climate, but I do believe the opportunity in the trade forms market is there.
"We have lots of good contacts from before, and as a result have been able to secure credit with paper suppliers. We are self-financed and very competitive."
Dace Print supplies NCR sets, books, pads and computer stationery to the trade.
It has achieved a turnover of £75,000 in its second month of trading, and Dace added that the company is already on target to hit £90,000 in March.
"We currently have eight full-time employees, and while we will be looking to grow over the next few years a controlled growth is vital.
"We do not want to fall into the trap of chasing turnover like many do."
