Discounts will depend on where visitors are flying to and from for the show, which takes place at the Munich Messe from 20 to 23 May 2014.
Fespa has teamed up with other airlines for similar deals in the past.
Additionally visitors who make a reservation before 31 March are entered by the airline into an “early bird” draw to win an iPad.
“As a globally connected organisation we are partnering with Lufthansa to make sure Fespa Digital 2014 is as international as possible,” said Fespa marketing manager Lynda Sutton.
“Partnering with a recognised international airline means we can help make travelling to the event as easy and cost effective as possible to printers of all sizes from all countries.”
She said Fespa's approved hotel agency, Avantel, was also offering promotional rates on hotel rooms for guests staying in and around Munich.
Fespa chief executive Neil Felton said: “Feedback from visitors to previous events in Munich has been excellent where travel is concerned.
“For visitors arriving by air, travelling from the airport to Messe München is stress-free due to Munich’s excellent public transport.”
This year's show has increased total floor space by 4,000sqm to 37,000sqm following interest from new exhibitors and added space requested by existing vendors at the show.
The exhibition has sold 600sqm more area than Fespa Digital 2011 in Hamburg, and by October last year exhibitors had already booked 5% more floor space than Barcelona's 2012 show.
This year's show will also integrate Fespa Fabric instead of the two events running separately, following requests for a joint show from textile exhibitors.
Textiles exhibitors this year include Anajet, Brother, MS, Polyprint, Sawgrass and Kornit Digital while processes on show will include direct to garment, sublimation and screen printing.
