What attracted you to your new role?
Pensord is a forward-thinking company that believes in its people.

What will your main responsibilities be?
My role is related to performance and development, focusing on people and equipment.

How long have you been in print?
In 1989, I began a print degree at Manchester Polytechnic and so, including this, I’ve been in the industry 19 years.

What skills and expertise do you bring to this role?
I am a contemporary thinker and I believe in listening to my staff and helping them to develop their ideas for improvements. I have an academic print background and I worked my way up from web press operator to my current position.

What are your goals in your new role?
To do the best I can for the firm and the people who work here, and to play my part in Pensord’s continuing success.

What are your firm’s specialisms?
Printing controlled-circulation magazines.

Who will be working for you in your new role?
I don’t take the view that people are working for me. Instead I like to think we all work together to achieve the common goals.

The whole Pensord team.
