What attracted you to your new firm?
I was looking for a fresh challenge. The sister companies are going from strength to strength and I saw a real opportunity to help them achieve their future goals.

What will your main responsibilities be?
This is the first time there has been a group operations director working across Howitt, Dialogue Solutions and Lateral Group, so I will be responsible for operational output across all three companies.

How long have you been in print?
More than 20 years.

What skills and expertise do you bring to this role?
My career in print so far has seen me work across web, sheet and digital printing, as well as data services, direct and transactional mail, and developing Downstream Access partnerships.

What are your goals in your new role?
Howitt, Dialogue Solutions and Lateral Group are already innovators in their fields. My aim is to help them stay at the forefront of the industry and ensure they continue to set the pace of change.

What are the new firms’ specialisms?
Together, the three companies provide a complete output solution, across print, email and mobile. Howitt has a broad product offering and capability range. Dialogue Solutions, on the other hand, has evolved from pure digital print to a specialist in multi-channel collateral management.
