What attracted you to your new role?
I wanted to move back into production and this role also offered me the opportunity to combine my data and print knowledge.

What will your main responsibilities be?
Overseeing the printing and mailing of personalised direct mail produced on our flagship press, the Xerox iGen3 110.

How long have you been in print?
20 years.

What skills and expertise do you bring to this role?
Production experience in data and colour reproduction and pre-press technology. I am a logical person and enjoy the challenges put forward by a production environment.

What are your goals in your new role?
To improve production processes and communication, to develop my team and to push the technical boundaries of digital technology.

What are your firm’s specialisms?
Perspektiv Direct is a direct mail and digital printer.
