Aimed at high-definition wide-format digital printers, Brighter White is the latest addition to Brett Martin’s Foamalux foamed PVC flat-sheet range.
The firm described the product as ultra-smooth with a semi-matt finish, which it said provided a consistently even, reliable surface for digital printing. Brighter White features an expanded closed-cell structure, which is designed to provide a hard, flat surface suitable for die-cutting and routering and give resistance to knocks and scratches. It is available in lengths of 2,440-3,050mm, widths of 1,220-2,050mm and thicknesses of 1-13mm.
Brett Martin said the sheet’s pigment formulation was developed to provide maximum levels of UV stability in the ink-curing process, and added it is ideal for use with seven-colour jobs.
The Foamalux Foam PVC range also includes: Foamalux with satin finish; Foamalux Ultra with gloss finish (suitable for outdoor use); and recycled Foamalux Xtra.
