Previously, we were spending over an hour a day making plates, which isn’t efficient for a business of our size. We can now produce 25 plates per hour using the Vector, which is saving us an extra day every week. This means we can turn work round faster for clients.
It is a true chemistry-free platesetter and has an integral water-washer. All I have to do is fill it up with tap water every morning. In addition, it doesn’t require its own room with daylight safe lighting, which would have been impossible in the space we have. The Freedom plates don’t require gumming and produce excellent results.
