The problem got worse when we took on more four-colour work because we were quickly running out of capacity. The Presstek Vector is ideal for a company of our size due to its small footprint, ease of operation and speed. It used to take a colleague and I around three days each month to produce the plates for one particular magazine. I can now do the same job by myself in a day. The kit has won us new work now that customers know we have more capacity. We’ve just taken over the printing of a second magazine for one of our clients as a result of the Vector.
