And because of this, we can send those firms relevant information about services that they are actually interested in. Our management reports from the MIS are extremely informative as we can see exactly where new business is being generated, what type of business services we are supplying and the margins we are making. We regularly look at event data that is up to the minute on invoices, budgets, actions and targets. It has provided us with a much more targeted approach to how we conduct our business.
