We know that the colour is always going to be spot on, which makes life easier for the operator. The machine has features such as the IVS, which allows ink densities to be set on the press prior to production. It also provides precisely controlled inking, and sheets dry very quickly.
This means urgent jobs can be produced quickly and that we can move printed work into our finishing department faster. We are now producing up to 14 jobs per day, which has had a dramatic impact on our turnaround times. We used to promise a 10-day turnaround but now we can confidently say five days. And we usually deliver really urgent jobs on the same day.
