We wanted to replace it with a faster and more reliable piece of kit without breaking the bank. Originally, our polywrapping facilities consisted of a hand-wrapping unit that could only achieve 700 packs per hour.
Now we can produce up to 5,000 packs per hour. The speed of the 5000 is much better than that of the CF35.
However, what impresses me most is its reliability due to an improved design. We are also now happy producing printed polythene packs. The machine has been built with printed polythene in mind and is easy to set up for this type of production. Though, it can be just as easily set up for clear polythene.

I swear by my... Norpak 5000
The polyprocessor was installed to replace our existing Norpak CF35. Demand for polywrapping was growing beyond the capabilities of the old machine.
