The Nottingham-based supplier, which exclusively distributes the Polish manufacturer’s kit in the UK, said the LCl 80 is compact, easy to run and quick to install and is suitable for die-cutting labels, booklets, cards, stickers, notepads and in-mould labels.
Suitable for commercial litho and digital printers as well as trade finishers, the device is said to ensure high quality results with a 2,800kg hydraulic piston trough steel die. It can handle media up to 180x180mm and operates at 15 strokes per minute.
Waste paper is automatically collected and safety features include arms to position the die against the paper and a safety photocell barrier.
TCS managing director Chris Cooper said: “Ideally suited to adding value to the digital print market, this competitively priced, easy-to-use system is simple to set up and run.
“We expect its delivery of high quality and affordable production capabilities will help printers easily expand their services, enter new markets and win more work.”
The LCl 80 costs around £20,000 and is available to order from TCS with immediate effect, with a lead time of around three to four weeks.
Terry Cooper Services distributes new and used systems including guillotines, binders, collaters, bookletmakers, foil-blocking and folders from manufacturers including Hohner, Tecnograf, CCM Premier, Challenge and Bagel, as well as Grafcut.
