The substrate specialist will preview its new Red Book marketing tool at the show, which is taking place from 12 to 15 October at the RAI exhibition centre in Amsterdam.
This is said to bring together traditional product sheets with the company’s new sample kits, providing a sales tool for distribution partners and allowing media users and product specifiers “to touch and feel application possibilities”.
The company said Fespa will also provide an opportunity to introduce international markets to the innovations it has developed during the pandemic.
Each part of its stand will be decorated with a variety of graphics, united by its ‘S.O.S.TAINABILITY’ motto and using recycled, recyclable, and reusable materials. S.O.S.TAINABILITY will also be the headline of the company’s stand, printed on a huge backlit banner and using special Texon backlit fabric to maximise impact.
A wall on the stand will be dedicated to the growing wall dressing trend, with interchangeable graphics made from Guandong products, while at the centre of the stand will be a large whale, created from recycled plastic bottles.
Guandong said that for some years it has supported the 4ocean foundation in its commitment to the clean-up of oceans.
“If it is true that in the world of visual communication, we can no longer expect great revolutions, today, more than ever, what makes the difference are the trends of the moment, supported by producers who work for a sustainable and ethical change,” said Guandong Italia team principal Daniele Faoro.
Fabio Elmi, Guandong Italia research and development director, added: “We constantly develop new printing supports that are increasingly recyclable and ecological, preferring materials such as PET and PP to recycled raw materials, all compliant with the Global Recycled Standard, RoHS, EN71-3 and REACH information.”
