Secure Suite products can be used with most offset, digital and dry toner machines.
Secure Suite features several security elements that can be used with boxes, labels, cards and certificates as well as support materials such as shopping bags, company communications and other documentation to guarantee a product’s authenticity.
The range, available now and launched at last month's Luxe Pack, is a modular offering that includes security elements to be used individually or in combination for even greater protection of luxury products, art and pharmaceuticals.
One of the products, Secure-Nanolock, is the most technologically advanced, according to the manufacturer. It includes a special hologram with a code less than 500-micron sq and hidden message that can be read only by computer or smartphone. An app and software are required to read and decode the hidden message.
Secure-Skin is a micro-emboss product that embeds security words, shapes or watermarks into labeling, folding box board or wrapping for luxury boxes, and invisible to the naked eye or blended into a decorative design.
Secure-Dust includes red dots on certificates and other verification documents that show up under infra-red lights. Secure-Check Marker is a chemical-infused paper that shows up when swiped with a special pen, while Secure-Zap, targeted at the ticket market, reveals yellow markings when "zapped" with a laser.
Marketing and sales director Chris Brown said: “What makes this unique is we are offering an ensemble of products that you can mix and match to tailor a solution and offer lots of flexibility. We can work with customers to find out what is best for them.”
He said the products could be used with most offset, digital and dry toner machines and there were no standard specifications.
