The versatile Spark C device for sampling and production is on show (B2-D30), while a 3.2m-wide Kombo SDC+ system will let visitors “see first-hand wide-format continual productivity,” said executive director Paolo Malatesta.
Both devices will showcase the use of multiple tools on roll and rigid media.
Fresh options include the Elitron Feeding System and Stacking System for optional roll holders, while Protective Material Handling avoids damage to sensitive materials as sheets gently ‘float’ from the stack.
In addition to its patented Seeker System image recognition tech, Elitron’s Stressless Working Technology promises material and costs savings by using augmented reality to project virtual dies onto the available material.
Also new is the Elitron Power Management System, which the firm said reduced the energy used by its vacuum system by up to 50%.
