Leading the range stand will be a hybrid UV machine, the AEG Voyager Pro 2050, which it claims will be the first commercially available printer using Xaar’s latest 1002 printheads.
Pitched to compete with Agfa’s Anapurna and EFI Vutek’s GS machines the Voyager Pro 2050 will have a list price of £135,000. It will be the first of a range of 12 machines spanning 1.65m through to 3.2m widths.
“The quality is first class – it is a different standard and design,” said ATS managing director Keith Pratt.
In addition to the range of printers ATS is also selling a range of AEG-branded UV and solvent aftermarket inks. The AEG Premium Ensemble solvent inks are compatible with machines using Epson DX4 and DX5 heads, such as those from Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland DG.
Atlantic Tech Services, which is based in Epping, Essex, is a service, support and maintenance firm for the wide-format market. It is also the UK dealer for the Neolt range of finishing and printing equipment.
The first showing of the AEG Voyager Pro 2050 printer and the Premium Ensemble inks will be at Sign & Digital UK.
