Capable of printing on rigid and flexible materials up to 3.3m wide, the UHS (ultra-high speed) model offers a throughput of 905sqm/hr.
Following the earlier introduction of varnish on the HS model, the UHS model now also comes with varnish printing at a speed of up to 150sqm/hr.
Agfa said this would enable those producing corrugated cardboard displays with the possibility to embellish prints by adding a layer of high-gloss or satin varnish, either applied to the entire surface (flood varnish) or selectively (spot varnish).
All models can also run white ink, or white and primer. The inks on the Jeti printers are Greenguard Gold certified.
“We are excited to present our latest printing solutions at C!Print,” said Koen Steert, head of sales sign and display Europe at Agfa.
“We look forward to welcoming print service providers at our booth to discuss their questions and needs, and to explore how our integrated offering of printers, inks, software, training and services can fit their growth paths and lead to sustainable success.”
All of the machines in the Jeti Tauro H3300 LED range can be enhanced with semi- or fully-automatic loading and unloading options for rigid media. They can also be fitted with different roll-to-roll handling options for up to 700kg per roll in both single- and dual-roll mode. An integrated camera is said to ensure front-to-back accuracy.
Agfa will also show its Asanti workflow software at C!Print, while in a dedicated printing applications area, visitors will be able to see a range of packaging and display samples as well as vibrant signage samples produced on the Jeti Tauro H3300 and the Avinci CX3200 textiles printer.
C!Print 2023 will take place in Lyon, France from 31 January to 2 February and Agfa will be exhibiting at stand 1F24. For more information, and a free entrance ticket, visit: salon-cprint.com/commande-de-badge.
