The 120 A4 page per minute (ppm) printer, supplied by Xeretec, has been installed at a time when the 70-staffed company is experiencing rapid growth.
According to Liam Crane, group business development manager, the Nuvera investment was "essential to facilitate diversification into new markets".
He said: "We knew we could cut costs, increase volume and grow the business by investing in a new, future-proofed platform."
The 600dpi resolution printer will also enable the £4m-turnover business to handle work for a key client, for which it will produce silk flyers to stores across the UK.
"We’re delighted with the results and are now poised to seize the vast range of new opportunities that the Xerox Nuvera presents to us," Crane added.
Packpost Solutions has three sites across the UK, including headquarters in Aylesbury and international mail centres in Langley and Stourbridge in the West Midlands.
Earlier this year, the company secured a three-year contract with Flight Centre UK. The print and mailing house handles the product sourcing, print management, warehousing, distribution and direct mail requirements for the travel agent's UK presence.
