The print and mailing house, which has sites in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, will handle the product sourcing, print management, warehousing, distribution and direct mail requirements for the travel agent's UK presence.
Packpost, in conjunction with a number of local print partners, is also tasked with implementing a web-to-print system, powered by RedTie.
The system will give the travel company's 95 retail outlets, as well as head office and corporate travel teams, access to pre-printed stock items and the ability to produce business cards.
Liam Crane, group business development manager at Packpost Solutions, said: "This is a rapidly expanding area of our business.
"We are traditionally a mailing house, but over the past year we've set about rebranding the company. We are now more of a 'communications provider'"
Packpost Solutions employs around 70 staff with a turnover of more than £4m. It has sites in Aylesbury and Langley.
Jason Ricketts, acquisitions manager, Flight Centre branding, added: "Given the current economic climate, Packpost Solutions really stepped up to the plate, exceeding all of our logistical, technical and financial requirements.
"Each request can be tailored to our individual requirement and, thanks to their quick understanding of our multiple brands, high-quality print and the personal attention to detail, we are able to ensure the best prices and sales [offers] reach our customers hot off the press."
