Duffelen, who retains his responsibility for the Scottish market, joins the Xerox UK board and reports to UK and Ireland managing director, Alan Charnley.
Charnley, managing director of Xerox UK and Ireland, said: "Mark brings over 20 years experience in the office solutions sector, most notably as a sales manager, Xerox concessionaire principal and General Manager for Xerox in Scotland."
He added that the new general manager's previous experience as a Xerox channel partner "will bring valuable insight into how we can build on our channel partner programmes".
Duffelen, who has played rugby for Wasps and Leicester, said: "We have ambitious plans to grow our Office business significantly over the next three years.
"Customers and partners will see a continuation of our strategy of bringing smarter devices, applications and services to market that measurably help organisations meet their business objectives."
