Mollard has spent six months putting together the division, which pools the resources of the whole Wyndeham Group.
It will provide customers with a complete solution covering procurement, manufacturing and fulfilment but is not designed to compete with outsourced print managers.
All of the group's firms are involved including Argent and Graphics providing pre-press, workflow, asset management and creative services, through to the fulfilment services of Gait in Grimsby.
"Are we proposing to be an outsourced print management firm?" asked Mollard. "No. But we will deliver consultancy to firms who want to manage and buy print internally who realise that they need fewer, bigger and more diverse suppliers with more collaboration. As the name Bespoke suggests it's about offering a tailored service."
Wyndeham's own manufacturing is pitched to appeal to procurement staff, while its workflow and technology is targeted at providing brand consistency and speed to market for marketers.
Mollard has two business managers working with him, Stewart Brady, who has a background in mailing and distribution, and Simon Freeman, who provides expertise in creative and project management.
"Within Bespoke we're moving away from selling on number of colours, copies and pages to discuss the strategic objectives of a firm's print and at a higher level looking at their marketing expenditure," said Mollard.
