The deal covers scanning, indexing, document composition, personalised transactional and payroll documentation and postage, and uses the HP Exstream platform to enable users to design documents for multiple platforms.
The company already handle the company's print requirements including supplying base stock, envelopes and payslips, for more than 1,500 locations.
It will mean Communisis will have to produce more than 5m transactional packs a year and handle more than 15m images.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
